Step 1: Review Our Publishing Guidelines

Before submitting your manuscript, please take the time to review our publishing guidelines to ensure your work aligns with our mission and the types of stories we publish. We accept submissions in fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, with a focus on diverse voices, unique storytelling, and impactful narratives.

✅ Ensure that your manuscript fits one of our accepted genres (see below).
✅ Review the formatting guidelines to meet submission requirements.
✅ If submitting for Traditional Publishing, ensure your manuscript is complete and polished.

Step 2: Prepare Your Manuscript According to Our Formatting Requirements

To help streamline the review process, we ask that all submissions follow these standard formatting guidelines:

📌 File Formats: Acceptable formats include Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF (.pdf). We do not accept handwritten or scanned documents.

📌 Font & Spacing:

• Font: Times New Roman or Garamond
• Font Size: 12-point
• Line Spacing: 1.5 for fiction and nonfiction, single-spaced for poetry collections
• Margins: 1-inch on all sides

📌 Manuscript Length Recommendations:

• Fiction: 50,000 – 120,000 words
• Nonfiction: 40,000 – 100,000 words
• Poetry Collections: Minimum of 40 pages

📌 File Naming Convention:

• "AuthorName_BookTitle_Submission.docx"
• Example: Banks_TheCreativeMind_Submission.docx

📌 Additional Documents Required:

• A one-page synopsis (for fiction and nonfiction submissions)
• A short author bio (150-300 words)
• Marketing or target audience statement (optional but recommended)

1. Confirmation Email

After submitting your manuscript, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your submission.

2. Review Process & Timeline

• Our team carefully reviews each manuscript to assess quality, alignment with our mission, and market potential.
• Due to the volume of submissions, our average response time is 6-12 weeks.
• If your manuscript moves forward in the review process, we will contact you for further discussion.

3. Next Steps

✅ If accepted for Traditional Publishing: We will schedule a consultation call to discuss contract terms, editing plans, and the publishing timeline.
✅ If accepted for Hybrid Publishing: We will provide customized service options and the next steps for moving forward.
✅ If we are unable to accept your manuscript: You will receive a personalized response with feedback whenever possible.
